February 2000- February 2001, one year to carry out a study for the PHD thesis (Pentecost Island). In Port Vila worked in the Vanuatu Cultural Centre’s Sound Archives developing a digital catalogue. Stay financed by the Lavoisier Stock Exchange of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.

October 2004 to October 2007 Research within the framework of an ACI (Action Concertée Incitative) Jeunes Chercheuses et Jeunes Chercheurs (Ministry of Research), in a multi-disciplinary team for CNRS-LACITO. Title of the Project: Rythmes à danser, poèmes à chanter en Mélanésie : esthétique, transmission et impact social des arts musicaux au Vanuatu (Rhythms to be Danced, Poems to be Sung in Melanesia: Aesthetics, transmission and social impact of the musical arts in the Vanuatu).
